  1. Take a pressure cooker add oil whole spices, chopped onions fry till golden brown add ginger garlic paste cook for few seconds.
  2. Then add mutton piece, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mix well cook for 3-4 min on medium flame.
  3. Then add lemon juice, curd, tomato, coriander, mint, mix it well add 1/2cup water pressure cook for 2 whistle or till mutton half cook.
  4. Separate mutton piece and measure remaining grave.
  5. In the same pressure cooker add mutton pieces,soak rice, add measure grave.
  6. If the grave is one cup you can add remaining 4 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.
  7. Note: Remove complete water from rice before you add it.
  8. Note: You have to measure rice, grave and water with the same cup.
  9. Your one pot byrani is ready.
  10. Serve hot with raita.
