- Clean the Mutton, in a pressure cooker heat oil fry onions till golden brown add ginger garlic paste fry it. Then add tomatoes.
- Add biryani packet now stir with Mutton let it cook for 10mins. Then add 3cups of water. Give pressure for 20mins.
- Meanwhile boil water in wok add 4tsp salt, cinnamon stick and mint leaves. Add rice to bring it boil for 10 minutes. Drain water.
- Now open pressure cooker add Yogurt and cook it for 5 mins. Now its time for layering.spread one layer of mutton masala then rice, then Mutton pieces and rice.
- Garnish it with green coriander and chilies and Sprinkle yellow color add few drops of kewra water. Cover it and steam it for 5 mins.

- Mix it up side down and serve it with raita or green chutney. Enjoy.
