  1. Soak rice and urad dal separately for 5 hours. add 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds to urad dal while soaking.
  2. Grind it to smooth batter. Keep overnight for fermentation.
  3. Fine chop onion and tomato.mix chopped veggies and chilies, and coriander. add salt and mix well.
  4. Heat dosa tawa. spread oil on it. sprinkle water on hot tawa. Spread the batter on it. now add mixed veggies on top.
  5. Cook well from both sides.
  6. In the mixer, the jar adds all chutney ingredients. Blend to smooth the paste by adding the required water.
  7. Take out in Bowl. Heat tadka pan, add oil. once hot add mustard seeds, gram dal, urad dal, red chili, asafoetida, and curry leaves. pour it on chutney
