  4. Aub ek pan oil garam krein chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies dalein 2 min pakain phir soaked rice add kar dein salt chicken cube dalein aur hasbe zarorat pani add kar ke chawal paka lein
  5. Jab chawal dam par ane lagein tu red chilli flakes dal kar mix krein aur dam laga dein jab dam a jaye tu koile ka smoke de kar side kar dein
  6. Aub sari vegetables ko cut kar lein
  7. Oil garam krein chopped garlic & chopped green chilies dal kar fry krein aur sari vegetables add kar ke fry krein full flem par sath hi black pepper, red chilli flakes. Soya sauce dal kar mix krein aur flem off kar dein aur koile ka smoke de kar side kar dein
  8. Sauce ke liye tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, chilli sauce & black pepper add kar ke mix krein aur side kar dein
  9. Aub Ek bare palleter main rice set krein phir vegetables side main dalein phir ready chicken oper dalein aur sauce dal dein delicious bar b q rice ready hain
