- as required saffron
Steps to make to make Paneer biryani
- Smooth curd add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,biryani masala powder, lemon juice and salt mix.


- Add Paneer and capsicum cubed mix.
- Keep aside for 30 mnts.
- Boil water in big pot add salt and rice
- Boil till rice are 3/4 done. Strain and keep aside
- Heat another pot. Put oil add jeera,clove, cardamom,bay leaves, cinnamon,and chopped onion.

- Cook till pink in color. Add ginger garlic paste.

- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes get soft.

- Add coriander pd, red chilli pd and salt mix.
- Now add marinated paneer and capsicum.mix and cook for 3-4 mnts.


- Now spread boiled rice on it.
- On top spread saffron milk,fried onions and chopped coriander leaves.

- Cover and cook for about ten mnts on slow fire.
- Remove from fire and serve.
