- Prepare better of gramflour with warm water by adding chillie powder,Turmeric powder and salt to it.

- For more taste add paste,garam masala and sugar to it.
- Mix batter well.
- Hot oil in pan for deep fry of fritters.
- Add some baking powder/soda,coriander leaves and hot oil to batter.
- Make fritters and serve hot with any chutney aur sauce.
