  20. Rice one kg soaked one & half hour

  1. First heat the oil and onion when is golden brown than add ginger garlic paste and all spices
  2. Then add tomatoes and yogurt and cooked until tomatoes are tender
  3. Then add water about 6 glass and boil it
  4. When water is boiled than add rice and capcicum after 20 minute then add 2 tbsp vinegar and cooked until rice are cooked
