  3. Now add turmeric powder, salt,red chilli powder,sugar in it.add Eno fruit salt and add oil in it.
  4. When appe pan is ready apply oil in it.pour the mixture in it.cook for 5 minutes.turn it again cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now Handavo is ready. Prepare tadka add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, cumin seeds in it. Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut powder.
