  2. After 4 hours drain the mixture, add dahi and blend to a smooth paste.

  4. In the morning, add grated carrot and bottleguard, spices as per your taste. And mix well.
  5. In a big wok (kadhai) add oil, mustard seeds and Curry leaves and let it sputter.
  6. Add the mixture and cover it. cook on slow for about 13-15 mins.
  7. Using a plate, reverse it in the kadhai, and cook for another 10-12 mins on slow heat.
  8. Take it out in a plate, cut in pieces and set it hot with any chutney or as is.
