- First wash rice properly and add them in boililing water. When it cooked take them out, drain water and add cool water over the rice.

- Take vegetables according to your preferences. In a pan heat some oil add the vegetables Add salt and turmeric. Cover the pan.


- After vegetables become soft add garlic paste which we prepared, with spices, and add red chili,garam masala and 4 spoon butter and mix them well.

- After that add cooked rice and mix them well.


- In another stove take angara and heat them.after it heated put it on a plate and put plate between pulav.add some ghee over it and cover the pan immediately.


- Rayta: for rayta take curd add grren chhili,onion and coriander,salt,black salt and jeera pawder and mix them well.

- Serve hot smoky pulav with rayta.!!!
