- Aloo gobhi
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 big cauliflower
- 1 big bowl green pea
- 1/4 cup ginger and green chilli paste
- 1/4 cup kasoori methi
- 1 tsp methi dana
- 3-4 big spoon mustard oil
- to taste SaLtd
- Ingredients for kheer
- 1 1/2 liters full cream milk
- 1/2 cup broken rice
- 3-4 cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits
- to taste Sugar according
Instructions to make to make Festive bhog thali
- Paneer makhana
- Soak cashews and melon seed for 3-4 hrs and grind it in fine paste
- Heat oil in deep pan and add cashew paste and stir it continuously
- Add tomato puree and all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil
- Cut the paneer in cubes
- Add water to masala and let it come to one boil and add makhana
- When it comes to a nice color add paneer cubes and cook for few minutes and off the gas
- Take another pan and add butter and all the tempering masala
- When it starts cracking add it to cooked paneer

- Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato paste in it and cook for few minutes
- Add all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil
- Cut the potatoes in cube and add in the masala
- Cook it for few minutes and then add sufficient water and salt
- Cook till the gravy is little thick
- Take it out in serving dish garnish it with chopper coriander
- Aloo matar gobhi
- Take a deep pan add oil and heat till smoky hot
- Add methi dana and then all the vegetables
- Add turmeric powder coriander powder and mix well and close it with lid
- When it is half done add garam masala and cook till all the vegetables are tender
- Add the kasoori methi and mix it well and off the gas and close the lid for few minutes
- Garnish it with chopped coriander before serving
- Kheer

- Add rice and cardamom and cook till the rice is done and milk reduces to half
- Dry roast the dry fruits and add in it
- Add sugar and cook till it mixes well
