  2. Namak daal kar chawal boil karlein.
  3. Anday beat karlain namak aur kali mirch powder ke sath. Pan main 1 tbsp oil lain aur anday pakka lain khageena bana lain
  4. Dusray pan main 1 tbsp oil lain. Uss mein adrak lehsan paste lain 1 tbsp aur fry karlein. Ab chicken dalein aur 10 min pakayein
  5. Chicken main ketchup, soya sauce, cheeni, namak, kuti laal mirch, lal mirch powder dal kar mix karein. Aik cup pani dalein aur slow flame par pakaein.
  6. Dusray bartan mein 1 tbsp oil lain aur us mein 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste lain aur sari sabziyan chop kar ke dalein aur fry karlein.
  7. Noodles boil karlein. Aik dish main chawal ki layer lagayein us par chicken aur sabzi ki layer lagayein, phir noodles daalein, aur phir anday aur spring onion sey garnish karein.
