Today I prepared delicious savoury snacks Dosa with leftover bread slices, sooji ,rice rawa .
Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Bread Dosa:
- 4 slices white bread
- 1/2 cup sooji/ barik rawa
- 1/2 cup thin variety idli rice rawa
- 1/4 cup curd
- 2 pieces green chillies
- 1/2 inch ginger piece
- 11/2 cup warm water
- Salt to taste as required
- Ghee as required to roast
- Green corainder coconut chutney to serve as required
Instructions to make to make Bread Dosa
- Break break slices with hands and grind in mixer jar to make crumbs.

- Add sooji, thin variety idli rice rawa, curd green chilli, ginger grind to coarse mixture.



- Add little little warm water and grind to dosa batter consistency batter. Transfer it in mixing bowl. Add salt and mix well. Keep aside for 2 hours to ferment.

- Grease dosa griddle with oil. Pour laddleful of prepared bread - rawa batter in center, spread in circular motion toward edges. Drizzle with ghee. Roast till lower side turn crispy golden. Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy. Similarly prepare all bread dosas.

- Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bread Dosa with green corainder coconut chutney and hot coffee.
