Instructions to make to make White pulao

  1. First make stock clean and wash meat add into pan add onion green chillies ginger garlic bay leaves salt and water and let it cook until water becomes 2 cups
  2. When meat tenders and stock remain 2 cups separate both
  3. Soak rice for 15 minutes
  4. In pot add onion and oil and fry them till they becomes golden
  5. Add salt in it
  6. Add yoghurt
  7. Then add meat and ginger garlic paste,whole spices,and cook it for 10 minutes
  8. Then add 3 cups stock when it start boiling add rice,when water dried add green chillies on the top and put it on dum for 10 minutes or until rice becomes fully done
