- Heat oil in a small korai or tadka pan. Add mustard seed, whole jeera hing and whole red chilli to it. When starts cracking add chana dal and urad dal. Fry till golden brown.


- Add fresh curry leaves to it.

- Add tadka over curd mix rice.

- Add chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seed.
