- 2 cup fried onions
- 1,5 cup yogurt
- 4,5 green chillies
- 100 g biryani masala(homemade or commercial)
- 2 tbsp red chili flakes
- 6,7 dry plums
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3,4 lemons
- As required oil
- Heated charcoal

- Add water in cauldron n let it heat than add salt n whole spices n bring it boil.now add rice (washed n soaked fir 1 hr) n bring it 1 boil.



- Strain the rice (only 1 boil) n set it aside

- Whisked the yogurt add in spices,ginger garlic paste n mix well than add chicken(clean n washed) n marinate well now give it a coal smoke for 5 minutes.let it rest for 2 hrs (if you have time overnight)



- Now heat the oil add in marinated chicken n fried onions cook for 5 minutes than cover it with semi boiled rice



- Add in green chillies n lemon slices on top. Cover n let it cook 10 minutes on high flame than 15minutes on medium n last 15 minutes on low flame..
(Put the cauldron on heated tawa for better results)

- Remove the lid n mix well
