  3. 2 mid size onion

  8. 1/2 tea spoon jeera, garam masala & kasuri methi
  9. 1 table spoon curd
  10. For Rice
  11. 200 gr brown rice
  12. 1 big size onion, & tomato
  13. 1 tea spoon jeera & garam masala
  14. 1 table spoon oil
  15. as per taste Salt kashmiri
  16. as per taste red chilli powder & garam masala

Instructions to make to make Lobia chawal

  1. Wash & soaked lobia for half an hour. In cooker add oil roast jeera. Make paste from onion & tomato in grinder.
  2. Roast it till color change. Add dry spices & some water drops & make it smooth. When massla proper cooked add soaked lobia. Stir it into masala for 2 minutes, now add 1 glass or 250 mein l water.
  3. Cover it with lid for 5 to 6 whistle on mid flame. Now it ready add kasuri methi garam masala & curd. The lobia curry is ready.
  4. (For rice) In a pan add oil roast jeera & onion slices. When turns brown add tomato pieces & dry spices.
  5. Add 1 glass or 200 mein l water & leave it on low flame for better color. When water boiled proper add soaked rice without water.
  6. Cook it on 3 whistle. It ready.
    Brown rice is hard by nature so we soaked it for 3 to 4 hour.
  7. Main course is ready for serve.
