- Take a pressure cooker and heat oil in it, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown then add meat and mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till meat become golden brown then add all dry spices "for masala" and mix well with meat.
Add chopped tomatoes and yoghurt. Mix and add water. - Close the lid and cook till meat become soft
Open lid after releasing pressure. Evaporate water and mix till oil separated from meat.
Add lemon juice and mix, then add food color. - Take a big vessel and add water.
