  8. 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  9. 1 tsp jeera / cumin
  10. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1 tbsp garam masala
  12. 2 green chillies one ginger make a paste
  13. 1 packet eno
  14. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 2 tbsp sour curd
  16. 1 tbsp grated coconut

Steps to make to make Tam Tam Dhokla

  1. Soak & wash urad Dal chana Dal rice for three hours then grind it by adding curd make a paste of idli type batter and keep aside for 5 hours
  2. Heat Dhokla maker grease the plate with oil now in Dhokla batter put chilli ginger paste turmeric powder salt oil & eno mix well pour in grease plate by sprinkling red chillies powder and steam for 15 min
  3. After cooling make square pieces
  4. Heat kadhai put oil the mustard seed jeera red chillies powder garam masala black salt then Dhokla mix it well in low. Frame cook for 10 min sprinkle coriander leaves & coconut
