- Chop all your vegetables



- Stir fry carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum light that they are still crunchy and set aside



- Fry your chopped onion until golden brown in half cup oil


- When golden brown add in tomatos, biryani masala, chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt (1tsp), zeera, haldi and half cup water and let it simer

- Meanwhile cup your potatoes into chips and fry

- Soak your rice before hand

- When your sauce is simired add in all the vegetables and 3tbsp yogurt


- Now add some ketchup and mix

- Boil some water and add the spices for boiling rice, and boil your rice

- Mix some yogurt with yellow food colour and water
- Now add boiled rice in bottom layer, vegetable gravy in second, rice again and lastly add the yogurt mix add sit it on low flame for 10 mins(dum)
