  11. 4 tsp peanuts or moongfali ke daane

  16. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  17. 1 tsp eno fruit salt
  18. 1/4 cup water

Steps to make to make Healthy Breakfast Muffins

  1. Wash poha and oats with water and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 min,put poha and oats in mixi jar.add semolina and curd.make a paste.add little water about 1/4 cup.
  3. Now add all vegetables.add,peanuts, coriander, green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.mix well and add oil
  4. Mix it.preheat the oven at 220 F for 4-5 min.grease the muffin moulds.now add eno fruit salt and mix it.transfer the batter in to moulds.bake at 220 degreeF for 25 minutes.
  5. Let it b cool.demoulds the muffins.garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some sauce on the top....healthy breakfast muffins are ready...enjoy
